We process your order as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours. If you change your mind and wish to cancel, please contact our friendly customer service team for assistance. However, once your order has been fulfilled, cancellations will no longer be possible.

3. How do you pack my order?
All products are carefully packed in paper boxes or woven bags. Our packaging ensures privacy by not displaying the contents of your purchase.

4. How do I request for a return or exchange?
We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t love the products. Please reach out to us—we’d love to hear your feedback and find the best solution for you. Kindly note that discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return unless otherwise specified. *Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

6. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused! We minimize the risk of parcel being mishandled during delivery by using paper box or woven bag packaging. However, we are unable to control the shipping & logistics process but fret not! You can contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged product and packaging, we will attend to the matter immediately.
